Dog Plan

$65 per Month

 

What’s included:

  • Two exams per year
  • Rabies Vaccine (1 year or 3 year)
  • DAPP Vaccine (1 year or 3 year)
  • Lepto Vaccine (1 year)
  • Early Detection Panel with Accuplex and Fecal
  • 12 months of PREVENTION (only what is sold at Grace, does not include online pharmacy or ProHeart.)
    • Currently in Plan:
      • TRIO, Imoxi, Tri-heart, Simparica and NexGard
        • 3 months supply sent home with owners at one time. Return to the clinic every 3 months for preventatives.
  • 10% off of all other services EXCLUDES diets and
    onsite referrals with cardiology and MOVES
    ultrasound.

Cat Plan

$53 per Month

What’s Included:

  • Two exams per year
  • Rabies Vaccine (1 year or 3 year)
  • FVRCP Vaccine (1 year or 3 year)
  • FECAL PCR
  • 12 months of PREVENTION (only what is sold at Grace, does not include online pharmacy.)
    • Currently in Plan:
      • Revolution Plus
        • 3 months supply sent home with owners at one time. Return to the clinic every 3 months for preventatives.
  • 10% off of all other services EXCLUDES diets and
    onsites referrals for cardiology and MOVES
    ultrasound.
